I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with big, clean, and bright rooms. The hotel facilities were impressive, with beautiful Moroccan design everywhere and a stunning terrace offering a 360° view of the city. The location was perfect, close to everything in the old town and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The staff, especially Anne, the host, and Rasheed, the welcoming and helpful staff member, were exceptional. They provided tremendously useful tips about the city, arranged a car rental for me, and made sure I had a great experience throughout my stay. The breakfast was also delicious, and the lady serving it was very kind.

The hotel is centrally located in this city, making it simple to find from the bus station and easy to navigate to all the main attractions. It is close to everything and provides convenient access to explore the city center. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay. They picked me up from the medina entrance and provided excellent service throughout. The breakfast offered was delicious and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
Nothing, it is perfect.
The staff were exceptional, always friendly and knowledgeable about the best places in town. They even whisked us off to a fantastic lunch at a friend's restaurant in the fish markets upon arrival. Our room was lovely and clean, and the breakfast was incredible. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, as it was in the heart of the medina and close to the beach.
No negatives from this place.
