We loved the convenience of the shuttle service to town and the fact that it ran regularly. The mattresses in the rooms were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The linens and bedding were clean and cozy, adding to our overall comfort. Another great feature was the presence of two sinks in the room, making it easy for multiple people to get ready at the same time. Additionally, the hotel had a large vault where we could store our valuables securely. The temperature controls in the room were also excellent, allowing us to adjust it to our liking. Finally, the price concession we received regarding the lack of hot water was a nice gesture from the hotel.

The hotel offers a shuttle service that takes you to downtown, which was perfect for enjoying some food and drinks without the hassle of finding parking. The location right on the waterfront was stunning and provided a beautiful backdrop for our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we appreciated the comfortable and clean linens and bedding. Parking was also convenient, with plenty of spaces near our room. the hotel facilities and transportation options were top-notch, making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

The hotel facilities were great, including the nice little beach and the outdoor area by the pool, which was very relaxing. The location on the boardwalk overlooking the lagoon was perfect, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the noise, yet still close to everything. The breakfast was delicious and we especially enjoyed eating it outside every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the concierge and the maid service.

The staff was professional and respectful. The room was comfortable and clean. They accommodated my early check-in request. The free shuttle to downtown area was on time and the drivers were attentive and courteous.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. We requested a mobility impaired room and were upgraded to a spacious suite with separate bedrooms and balconies. The room was spotlessly clean and everything was in good working order. We often saw staff disinfecting surfaces in common areas, which added to our sense of safety. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service to and from downtown, making it convenient for exploring the city. The location was outside the city, but still close to a grocery store, and the tropical landscape added privacy to our balcony area.
